Cindy C. Oxberry
Multi-talented Cindy Oxberry has performed in Opera and Musical Theatre across the United States and in Europe.
Ms. Oxberry is a stage director, arts administrator, producer, teacher, and performer. In addition to staging productions for the Washington Savoyards, she served as stage director for the Celebration of Placido Domingo’s 40th Anniversary in the International World of Opera.
